From starting my employment with general administration duties my role has developed in many ways over the years enabling me to become expertise in other areas:~ Manage effectively and efficiently the running of three three busy leading offices and any staff issues~ Improved the delivery of new systems by creating new training manuals and then successfully mentoring and training existing and new staff to use the systems. ~ Set up a small HR division within the company ensuring new starter administration is complete and other procedures such as inductions, appraisals and grievances are followed. ~ Produced and maintain the company handbook informing staff of company rules and regulations. ~ Brand development through various PR Publications and social media.~ Increase web traffic growth through various website projects I manage. ~ Launched the Maguire Jackson Property Magazine through the Guild Property Services which is produced every six weeks then sent out regionally and in other parts of the UK.~ Resolved problems within the property databases. One of the biggest issues was overcome by migrating to a new property database for which I was responsible for. Including the training and producing training material for the staff. ~ Organise the annual Coffee Morning in September every year for our chosen charity Macmillan Cancer Support. Based in the meter changes department my job was to make sure all information was accurate and all meter readings were entered correctly. Other duties included:~ Validating records ensuring correct set up and issuing payment devices.~ Processing meter changes by collating data and analysing spread sheets.~ Sending correspondence~ Logging statistical data~ Liaising with other suppliers. ~ Training and mentoring new staff.
