"During recent months, I had the honor of spearheading training sessions for 110 young individuals and youth workers from Europe and Asia, centered around crucial themes including "TC Digital Wellbeing", 'TC GreenComp for youth work", "YE Mindfulness for you(th)" tailored for young individuals, and promoting " YE Eco-wellbeing." These sessions were designed to equip participants with essential knowledge, tools, and strategies pertinent to each subject. By delving into digital wellbeing, we navigated the landscape of healthy tech usage. 'GreenComp' workshops fostered discussions on sustainability within youth-focused initiatives. Mindfulness sessions were curated to address the specific needs of young individuals, promoting mental well-being. Furthermore, our discussions on eco-wellbeing delved into strategies to foster a sustainable lifestyle. This experience was both enlightening and rewarding, allowing me to contribute to the growth and development of aspiring young leaders and professionals across continents, emphasizing cross-cultural exchange and the cultivation of essential life skills."

Coach of the solidarity project "Digital wellbeing labs" that focuses on helping young people 17-30 years to learn how to use technologies in order to accomplish digital wellbeing and find balance. This project is funded by European Solidarity Corps.

Research results show that therapeutic riding achieves significant benefits in cases of cognitive, neurological, psychological, motor and developmental disorders. Equine psychotherapy is also very effective and is indicated in cases of anxiety disorders and psychological disorders.
