- Responsible for the overall AB US strategy development in the areas of professional and university recruitment - Development and execution of university rotational programs: Global Management Trainee Program, Global MBA Program and six Functional Trainee Programs. These entry level Talent Positions support pipeline health in Sales, Logistics, Information Technology, Marketing, Brewing and People. - Oversee a staff of Talent Program Managers who recruit, select, on-board and train members of rotational talent programs. -Manage the development of tools, systems, policies and ensures best practices are in place for the recruitment and selection of high potential talent capable of meeting current and future business needs. - Lead and develop selection solutions for all position levels and work with management personnel on screening and identifying the best candidates. - Provides strategic direction to all levels of management and partners with the People Business Partners across the company to develop consistent and creative hiring process and practices. - Responsible for the ZBB Recruitment sub-package in the overall People package. - Oversee relationships with third party vendors to execute recruitment & selection events.
