Maintenance Planning Head
CurrentPlans all maintenance activity for the Plant (+20 production lines (+300 assets), Facilities, General Services, etc.)Leader of the Maintenance Planning Department (3 Maintenance Planners & 1 Assistant).Support manufacturing on day-to-day and long-term basis.Support plant and department budget objectives.Provides continuity communication with managers about projects and priorities.Works with Projects Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified assets.Participate in the evaluation of equipment and technical maintenance service providers.Define, design, develop, monitor and modify the Asset Maintenance Plan.Data management using CMMS, Power Platform Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI & SharePoint) and Microsoft office. Perform the IDP (Individual Development Plan) of the Maintenance Planners.Leader of the PM pillar in the TPM structure of the Plant.Lead maintenance heads and supervisors in the evaluation of Root Cause Analysis. Responsible of the Maintenance KPI: assets, facilities, controls and security systems.Responsible of the update and develop of the current Maintenance General Procedure. Support the Maintenance Department with the internal and external audits (customers & certifiers). Include maintenance methodologies and standards in the plant such as PMO (Planning Maintenance Optimization)/ RCM (Reliability Centralized Maintenance) / FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) / ISO 14224 / ISO 55001.Team member of the HACCP Committee, participate in the evaluation and design of procedures and methodologies.
