I have experience installing and configuring an instance of the District Health Information System (DHIS2) and trained program leaders in how to use it, and work with reports and data visualization.Also, I have experience installing, configuring and managing OpenMRS a Medical Record System.I have spent a lot of time working with SQL extracting data from the Medical Record System to help Doctors and researchers to have a data set to run analytics and statistical processes. I have used SQL to build stored procedures, creating pivot tables used by researchers. Building data pipelines working with extraction, transformation and load (ETL) processes. To do this I had to build a batch of processes in many cases to manage a big amount of data.I have worked with AWS services, using EC2 services, managing different RDS services as Mysql and Dynamodb, managing Load Balancer and Code Commit.Another systems that I have installed are REDCap and Owncloud. (which is a tool developed by Vanderbilt University which is a secure web application for building and managing online surveys and databases) ( File Manager System)
