This Purpose was taught and influenced by Nefty to the dozens upon dozens of employees he interacted with and mentored – including myself. Nefty also demonstrated high engagement with his Staff, Patients, and any/all employees outside of his area of responsibility. His devoted and loyal, servant leadership he exhibited to the Company was very evident and inspiring – ultimately creating that initiative for him wanting to do more, give more, and achieve more. He did not believe in silos nor isolation even during adversity and was a significant proponent of sharing best practices and leading others during the consistent times as well as the turbulent – really substantiating his mark as a Leader. Finally, he truly cared for the multitude of stretch assignments and projects the Company trustingly delegated to him. From contributing to Enterprise-Wide impacting initiatives to training and coaching new employees or struggling peers, Nefty ensuring his approach was thorough, meaningful, and lasting. His role-playing, ensuring of understanding, and follow-up was impeccable, to say the least – all awhile, having fun and creating natural and cohesive relationships with all involved in the projects.
