The main task was to do all general HR responsibilities in the company. My special area of expertise was in company future human resource planning, recruitment s and training s plan.Company future human resource planning was one of the crucial tasks in the company and for creates more effective planning I was in charge of employee’s yearly appraisal and competency review. The results of appraisal s were analyzed and use as data in HR planning.
