Happy customers are fine. But I go after the unhappy ones because their problems are the fuel that powers growth.As a product manager, my mission is to make products that sell themselves. I strive to listen to customers, especially the unsatisfied ones, identify their needs and concerns, and define a product vision based on the results. Then, I collaborate with my team to make sure those needs are satisfied and product KPIs are met.In my current career as a senior product manager, I'm the leader of the product team, coordinating the engineers, UX designers, digital marketing, and content team. I directly contact the stakeholders and customers to determine their expectations and transfer all feedback to the product team. We have ten pages that rank on the first page of google results for more than one year and hold more than 30 online and offline classes that more than 3700 participants had enrolled in them. We've delivered over 12 million words of English to Persian translation and about one million words of English content to our clients during the years.I held the role of a product manager in a tech startup, Cooklett, a smart cooking assistant. I was the hub connecting users, the development team, UX designers, marketing, and SEO. I developed the product vision and managed the product roadmap. Given my past experiences, I was also directly involved in the UX design process.Soon after graduation, I co-founded a startup that became Iran's first translation crowdsourcing platform, Narbo. Our aim was to combine the speed of machine translation and the accuracy of human translation to boost efficiency and disrupt the translation industry in the country. We managed to deliver over 2 million words of English-to-Persian translated text at 10x the speed and won the SeedStars 2018 in our city. As a project manager, I was responsible for managing the budget and human resources and ensuring the KPIs are met as defined on time. However, as a co-founder and business owner, I contacted investors directly to find fundraising opportunities. Also, I managed to contract a partnership agreement with Iran's largest e-book platform to translate more than 2000 micro books.I love helping people around me grow. I've participated as a mentor in multiple startup events and shared my knowledge with younger startup founders. I've also translated two books on digital marketing and one on UX from English to Persian as a way to help other business owners to become familiar with the fundamental concepts. Hiking and playing tennis are my hobbies.
