After being promoted to senior account manager, my tasks included checking the SLA of queues and informing the rest of the team, communicating with other teams of the organization to check vendor problems, supervising the team on shift days, and checking important vendors of the organization.

As an account manager, I became more familiar with the concept of KPI, examining vendor problems in the set SLAs, examining problems until the problems are solved, and also working in large teams were excellent experiences that I gained.

By being promoted to this position, I got to know the concept of giving feedback and receiving feedback, increasing the volume of meetings, giving monthly feedback, technical review of other team members, preparing feedback form for team members and the relevant manager, training new staff and onboarding, all this. I learned in this position

Being a call center and being a student is one of the most difficult jobs at the same time, especially if you work at night and the university is in Qazvin city. However, in this short period of time, I got to know team work and reporting to the supervisor very well.
