As a Product Manager, I develop an understanding of complex and often conflicting client needs. Using this gained knowledge, I analyze how to best design a new product or expand upon an existing one, writing system requirements and iterating based on feedback. I've worked on designing new products including a client onboarding platform and a timekeeping system. I continue to support an existing full suite HRMS platform including time off, benefits and payroll.

As an Implementation Consultant, I worked directly with clients to implement a complete hire to retire solution for human resources and payroll needs. Our small team shared knowledge but worked independently to configure each module of the platform to client specifications. This included modules for Core HR, Payroll & GL, Paid Time Off, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration, and Recruiting. Consultants also act as a liaison between the client and reporting analysts and data integrations analysts.

In this position, I served the dual roles of Payroll Administrator and Staff Accountant. This was a long tenured position managing all payroll responsibilities independently for a local mid-size company. As a payroll admin, I managed HR records, employee schedules and timesheets, and processed biweekly payroll. As a staff accountant I managed and reconciled all payroll related GL accounts. I also produced, distributed, and filed accurate 941s, 940s, W2s and 1095Cs.
