I started as a student intern at Florida House Experience also known as “FHE Health”. Prior to the completion of my Master's Degree, FHE decided to hire me full-time as a milieu therapist to mitigate premature client departure from treatment, along with being a liaison to patients. I provided clients with a safe environment for expressing their emotions and accommodating the client to the best of my ability. Following my time at FHE I joined the Legacy Healing Detox team and became a Primary Therapist for their inpatient- detox unit. As a Primary Therapist, I have been responsible for patients' treatment and well-being. In order to become a more well-rounded therapist, I chose to leave Legacy Healing Detox and joined Chrysalis Health to gain experience working with children and families. I have been at Chrysalis since August 2022 and resigned in Feb 2024 to complete the licensing process. I have recently been awarded my license in FL; license MH23508.
