▪ Audits for Certifying Authority Capricorn hosted out of ESDS Data Centers - As an Internal Auditor of the project, I’m responsible for conducting monthly audits verifying the documents, records and the logs, Quarterly audits and Annual audit which includes the EMS parameters as well. During the external Audit, my team shares the report of the Internal Annual audit and gap findings with the auditors of Capricorn.▪ External Auditor for mid-scale companies/ organizations – I’ve performed the role of an external auditor to organizations such as the Library Committee of Nashik, wherein I independently handled the audit of their Library Management System and shared the gap report with the committee.▪ Banking Audits – Specific to IT infrastructure level audits as majority of co-operative banks as well as Union Bank of India have hosted their IT workload on ESDS cloud▪ Departments (Government of India) Audits – Act as the Internal Auditor for multiple government customers who have hosted their IT workload on cloud in line with the guidelines of Government of India.▪ MeitY Compliance - Single Point Of Contact for getting ESDS empaneled in the prestigious MeitY Cloud Service Provider empanelment. As a part of my scope I formed a core team comprising of representatives of various internal departments to setup the Cloud environment as per the guidelines laid down by MeitY. Held dialogues and skillfully coordinated with the auditors of STQC and internal ESDS teams to get both Nashik (2016) and Mumbai (2017) successfully audited and certified. Drove the entire STQC process from start to end successfully.▪ Due Diligence – under the supervision of the Quality Head, I was an integral part of multiple due diligence audits from the investors wherein I learnt certain financial audit skills and processes.

In my capacity as an Internal Auditor I’ve single handedly executed Process Mapping for each process within the organization which in turn was verified by each stakeholder. I was responsible for drafting the Business Process Documents for the various departments of organization and to see proper implementation and conformance to standards.▪ ISMS 27001:2015 Audits – My team conducts Internal Audits for ISMS 27001 on quarterly basis and report is shared with the management and the concerned gaps identified during audit are closed by the respective team.▪ TIA 942 / Uptime Certification – For ESDS Data Centers in Nashik and Mumbai drafting the policies and complying to the checklist as per Uptime, TIA norms by coordinating with the internal Datacenter management team.▪ PCI_DSS Security Standards - Due to evolving Banking norms, PCI_DSS became mandatory for bank server hosting provider. In my official capacity I aligned with Panacea, a leading consultant for PCI audit. I was responsible right from negotiating on cost with the provider till the final execution of Audit and successful certification of PCI-DSS for ESDS. With the help of internal Network and Support Team, the ESDS Banking cloud is deployed as per PCI norms and the records are well maintained.
