Main Responsibilities:At Eka Archiving services, I was responsible for five diverse projects. Project 1: Corporate Archives setting up project- Mapping primary business verticals as well as subsidiaries of an Indian conglomerate- Interviewing stakeholders- Identification of relevant archival materials across verticals for the legacy preservation of the group- Conducting project site surveys- Mapping the promoter Family and potential archival material for Family Archives- Research and finalization of suitable softwares for Group Corporate Archive and Family Archive- Writing the Due Diligence Report of our finding along with the systematic vision for the next five years, with the Lead Strategist Project 2: Artist Archives Project- Research on various artworks by the artist from publications, certificates of authenticity and conversations with the artist himself- Mapping and cataloging the artworks spanning his three decade long career- Cataloging Certificate of Authenticity and matching them with artworks- Strategising a plan for the documentation of the artworks Project 3: Design Book Project- Research on Indian crafts, designs, paintings, architectural elements and so on.- Curating a mood book for a Jewellery designer with various cultural aspects from Indian history and culture. Project 4: Corporate Archives 40th Year Book Project- Research on companies four decade long history- Analysis of the corporate archive for relevant records- Curation and research for the 40 storiesIdeation for a unique book design Project 5: Textile Archive Project- Mapping and quantification of the clients collection- Cataloging the collection- Conduction survey of associated company archive of the client- Proposing a suitable plan for the documentation

Main Responsibilities:- I was responsible for the detailed documentation of vast archival materials that included antiquarian books, correspondence and documents, postcards, photographs, negative, slides & transparencies, medals & medallions, cabinet cards, textile, stamps, first day covers, plates and original molds, like limestone printing blocks, etching plates, lino plates and so on- Managed the archival storage of DAG ArchiveI established the archival digital survey coding system and was incharge of the digitization process- Took the initiative and prepared object catalog for the storage for easy retrieval of objects- Curating lists for potential exhibitions, researchers, visitors and so on. - I was part of the core team for archival exhibitions, thus undertook various responsibilities from ideation of exhibition theme, selection of objects, restoration, framing and so on.- Guided acquisition team in recognition of the relevant archival materials, in order to avoid bidding on already available objects. - Preventive conservative of objects - Created social media content- Created content for various workshopsMain Achievements: - Took the initiative to create a storage catalogue, as the previous system was memory and people reliant. The new system assisted in the smooth functioning and was not reliant on few people’s memories.- Established a digital coding system for the archival server and set up a standard procedure for the digitization of archival objects.
