During the period of this job ,I would be working on various e-commerce and operations related work, as described below:-1. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all business processes, including procedures and workflow diagrams2. Assisting the operations team with various projects and tasks3. Supporting the management of supply chain, inventory control, and logistics operations4. Improving and automating operational processes with innovative ideas5. Working on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart6. Solving customer queries via chat, emails, and phone calls.7. Inviting candidates for the interviews via emails, chats, and phone calls.

Online channel management and social media presence intern .This job taught me how to handle multiple channels- It includes cataloging the product, advertising it , checking it inventory and keeping check on its sales, and presenting sales report.I have in my duration of internships worked on Myntra, Ajio,Shopify and TataCliq.In Social Media presence - My job was to create social planner for the company ,set up the shop on their Instagram Platform.During my internship their social media following increased by 47%.
