I am a life coach and a champion of high-achieving women everywhere. My passion? Guiding those who want to soar in every facet of life but find themselves shackled by self-doubt and feelings of unworthiness. I was once in the same place, constantly seeking and relying on external validation to believe I am worthy. It was all working fine, I got great at being the good girl - performing, perfecting, pleasing, proving. However, this relentless pursuit of perfectionism and the draining dance of people-pleasing soon left me overwhelmed and burnt out. In the absence of external validation, I was filled with self-doubt, fear of being "found out", and being plagued by feelings of not being enough, at work or at home. I tried a lot of things to help move the needle for me, but no matter how many self help books I read, I kept spinning, kept feeling stuck. That is, until I found life-coaching. Through introspective sessions, I recognised and broke free from the chains of perfectionism and people-pleasing. I was able to let go of being the good perfect girl, and instead learnt how to embrace my authentic self, trust my voice, and start living on my own terms, fearlessly and boldly. Now I dedicate my time to coaching fellow women struggling with the same internal bullies of criticism, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, 'not good enoughness', and help them learn how to - exude confidence by being themselves- speak up, share ideas confidently, even if half-baked.- trust their decisions without second-guessing.- create joy, excitement, love, respect, validation for themselves on demand- improve their relationships, at work and at home.- set bolder goals than ever and achieve them, whilst having fun along the way.
