In order to sustain in this competitive world, I have upskilled myself by pursuing my interests in User Experience Research and Design. I possess a keen eye for understanding user behavior and their needs.Half-a-decade in my job, I have contributed significantly to various Google applications, thanks to all those opportunities which helped me grow, both as a person and a professional. I started my journey with Neighbourly, a community building application by Google via content enhancement for user engagement, and continued working on several Google applications playing pivotal roles such as a UXR, Product Analyst and now a Senior Product Analyst as I got promoted.My expertise lies in conducting comprehensive user experience research, delving deep into understanding user personas, and their pain points. This has enabled me to develop actionable insights to drive improvements and optimizations across projects.By closely studying user interactions with the product and their feedback, I have implemented changes to make platforms more intuitive and efficient, thereby improving user experiences.My current involvement in the development and monitoring of Google's Knowledge Panel has been instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and relevance of information presented to users through Knowledge Answers and Knowledge Panel, which are essentially our products. Through rigorous research and content evaluation, I contribute to enhancing the quality of information displayed on the Knowledge Panel, thus improving the overall user experience of Google's search engine.In addition to my user experience research and design thinking, my expertise and background in content writing has complemented my work, allowing me to think and craft engaging and informative micro copies tailored to the needs of different user segments across different Google applications.Overall, my journey which transitioned as a Content Writer to a UX Designer highlights my dedication to understanding user needs and leveraging insights to drive meaningful improvements in digital products and services, particularly within the Google ecosystem.
