• Lead & Support execution of customer focuses NPI (New Product Introduction) to meet the Launch plan of product as well as application engineering.• Lead technical communication with stakeholders and chief engineers and coordinating with IPT (Integrated Project Team) and cross functional team for completion of project. • Learned ability to comprehend requirements from customer specific documents and industry standards like SAE AS1946, SAE AS1339 etc.• Implementing GD&T and tolerance stack learning.• Delivering drawings/documents, compliance matrices, test plan and test reports as required by customer.• AS9100 deployment across projects.• Working on CTQ flow down, PDSC, B-diagram, P-diagram, DFMEA for project deliverables.

Worked under the Production Engineering Department. Project: Improvement of OEE to increase the availability of cells.Machining process cell of the crankcase is a multimodal line, due to that there is changeover occur which cause more time loss. Hence the availability of cell is less which affect the OEE of that cell. To improve OEE, increased the availability of cells.
