My Current role is to lead lateral hiring for Appirio Cloud Services,Process Transformation & Growth practice & Global Enterprise Architects/Consulting. I am responsible for delivering 200 plus numbers QoQ.I have team of 12 members.My role is to give them roadmap, operating plan and strategy to execute with in hiring cost and recruitment guidelines.

As a part of Workforce process & Analytics Enablement team, the focus is to bring change across various processes within TA. Below are the primary initiatives for which I am the process owner.1.Category mapping to enable recruiters 2.Revamping of Career site

Taking care of Lead generation team which focuses on recruiting talents for Niche skills through employee referrals ,networking and Social Media for BAS service line.I handled10 members team. As a part of Center of excellence team, my role was to fulfill demands of business units through Lead generation for offshore.Lead Generation- Actively used channels like Employee Referral, LinkedIn and candidate reference to build a robust pipeline, to serve different technologies tower with in Wipro.Focused hiring on emerging technologies like, SFDC, workday, NetSuite. Reached to all the employees in ATG practice to generate Leads and then engaged with the candidates and processed them to fulfill the position.As a part of the CoE initiative, reducing vendor cost was one of the key KRA’s.Successfull end to end hiring of niche resources for the skills like,Pega, ATG Commerce, Mobility , Abinitio, IBM MDM, Teradata, Datastage, Oracle Apps SCM ,Oracle Retail ,Big Machine .This has helped in vendor cost reduction.Ensured 45% of CoE hiring came from Lead generation as a source (ER/generating leads in LinkedIn through Wipro employee connections).This contributed to increase in ER % from 13% to 18%.

Sourced profiles for Data warehousing domain for skills like Datastage, Teradata, Informatica, Business object, SAP BI/BW, Abinitio, Oracle Pl/SQL, SQL server etc through various sources naukri, monster, linked in and ER.Scheduling the interviews which increased the footfall by 80%.Coordinated technical interviews with panels and updating status accordingly.Candidate management.Handled drives for AIM across locations.ER Resume processing & Lead generation: Was chosen to manage synergy ER resumes, where in daily almost 150 resumes used to get uploaded by Wiplinks. I was responsible for validating the resumes by screening and taking inputs from candidates and sharing across with the sourcing leads for ensuring higher contribution of ER. With the above success ER lead generation team of four members was formed which contributed successfully to the sourcing of GST.

Joined Wipro in AIM (Analytics & Information Management) team as interview coordinator.
