This involves –-Tracking available resources.-Planning a source – Advertisement, Job posting etc.-Systematic Talent Hunt, based on headhunting.Data management and short listing of resumes through the job portals (like Naukri, times jobs, monster etc.), referrals, etc.Maintaining MIS regarding interview status report, recruitment update and monthly progress report.Arranging and coordinating the preliminary and final round of interviews of the applicants with the clients. Reference checks.

Recruits and selects high performers, develops talent and then recognizes and rewards performance.• Assist the organization to develop an effective culture that rewards high performance. • Develop, recommend and implement local HR policies and procedures that support the business goals and improve employee engagement. • Develop and implement effective staff retention strategies. • Provide sound advice to managers and staff on people issues.• Contribute to and administer recognition and reward schemes. • Create an approachable and professional HR team. • Assist managers and staff to identify and respond to performance, disciplinary and conduct issues.• Assist in the conduct of the annual salary and incentive review process, ensuring information is accurate and efficiently processed.• Ensure effective recruitment, selection and on boarding processes.• Ensure the provision of staff activities that build healthy work relationships• Work collaboratively with Remuneration & Systems Manager to implement effective remuneration practices and oversee the maintenance of accurate remuneration data.
