Her education qualification stands as MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Mumbai University.To gain a hands on experience in HR after her graduation, she worked as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner at MP Financial Advisory Services LLP. Her major roles and responsibilities included sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating and hiring candidates for diverse departments in the firm. She has also initiated some training and development programs for employees and conducted engagement initiatives to enhance their interest levels towards work.She has held some leadership positions and participated in various extracurricular activities during her academic years. Apart from her work experience, she is well trained Bharatnatyam dancer. Also she is a lifelong learner looking for fresh perspective in life.
