I lead global strategy & operations for the Onboarding team, scaling our program and designing our offerings to best suit customer needs.

As a Product Deployment Manager, I was responsible for the technical delivery and integration of our AI-based products with our partners' existing systems. This included: ongoing AI model optimizations with product and use case enhancements, curated model training, technical design, as well as business and account management to best meet our partners' current and future AI needs. I also partnered with the wider Product team in new product development, advising on strategic roadmap priorities, feature development, and UI/UX design. Further, I served as a member of ASAPP's AI Ethics Committee, aimed at defining and enforcing integrity standards -- and was nominated for VentureBeat's Women in AI: Responsibility & Ethics of AI award.

As a Consultant, I was responsible for delivering technology strategies and implementations to meet client business objectives. This included: designing technology architecture, gathering requirements, conducting current and target-state assessments, developing use-cases, executing tests, implementing solutions, and transferring operational knowledge of best practices. For my second student consultancy project at Cambridge, I worked with Facebook in regards to the functioning and implications of multi-stakeholder governance of the Internet. In order to understand Facebook’s position as a steward of future international Internet policy, my team and I evaluated current global Internet governance policies regarding data privacy & security, standardization, and net neutrality; analyzed the political, economic, and social implications of the transition from the US relinquishing control over IP standards; and advocated for a multi-stakeholder governance of the Internet to senior leadership within the Public Policy (EMEA) team.

For my first student consultancy project at Cambridge, I worked with Microsoft on new market applications of the Lumia smartphone and its cutting-edge Continuum technology. My team and I identified key product differentiating characteristics of the Continuum technology through qualitative data analytics tools, and created a scalable framework for marketing implementation for future Lumia and Continuum launch strategies globally.

As an undergrad, I worked in the Office of the Provost as an administrative assistant. Over the four years I worked there, I created and implemented an inventory management system that increased efficiency by 50%, and assisted on university-wide programs and initiatives spearheaded by key university administrative leaders.

As a Summer Institute Scholar, I was able to immerse myself in the D.C. public policy community, and engage with a variety of perspectives from across the aisle. I developed frameworks for addressing policy issues under the mentorship of prominent AEI Scholars and Fellows, and drafted public policy recommendations for future US stances regarding Al-Qaeda and the domestic energy crisis.

Kinnek is a B2B e-commerce platform, connecting procurement suppliers with small- and medium-sized businesses. During this internship, I managed the entirety of the buyer-end side of the platform, including in-depth need-identification and communication with all SMB users. In addition, I helped redesign an internal platform interface to accommodate a more holistic approach to the data qualification process.
