Preparing Entire Export Documentation(Pre & Post Documents)• Preparing Commercial Invoices & Packing List, Certificate of Origin, LC Documents, Import Documents , LC (Letter of Credit), Preparing & Submitting BRC(Bank Realization Certificate) etc. • Duty drawback scheme and HS code • EPCG Scheme.• Checking checklist, bill of lading/airwaybill.• Feedback of all sent shipments & tracking of Consignment till reaches to destination.• Procedure of by sea and by air.• Sending Post Documents to customer after receipt of BL.• Liaison with Bank for negotiating of bank documents and Export Payments.• Take BRC from DGFT.• Communicating & follow up with Logistic agencies for required documentation.• To maintain co-ordination between related department.• Receiving Export Orders through E-mail and analyzes them to complete the shipping on time.• Coordinating with the warehouse team for fast execution and delivery of consignments on or before expected date.• E-mailing to all the Major Distributors in U.K, USA, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and England to provide them Shipment Information, Payment Confirmation for their consignments.• Direct communicate with international suppliers, service providers, logistic companies etc.• Coordinating with the warehouse team for fast execution and delivery of consignments on or before expected date.• Developing strategies for growth of Business.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
