Abacus Management Consultants managed the Internal Job Promotions (IJP) campaign for major brands such as Bharti Airtel, Genpact, and Pepsi-Frito-Lay, among others. During this period, the company had a contract with Bharti Airtel to manage IJPs across India. I had the opportunity to travel to Bangalore, which had the highest number of candidates nationwide, to conduct the IJP test.
