• Handling the entire cycle of Recruitments utilizing various sourcing method like job portals (i.e., Naukri, Monster).• Sending resumes promptly as per client needs• Telephonic screening of candidates.• Lining up of candidates for interview.• Co-ordination with the candidates.• Scheduling the interview of the short listed candidates• Identifying suitable candidates for current and future requirements.• Recommend suitable candidates to the clients• Maintain records for successful completion of assignment• Ensuring fast response time to client's needs• Sending interview letter to the candidate.• Mentoring Candidates for the interview process and providing end to end information about the job profile and company.• Experience on Job Portals i.e., Naukri, Monster with Sourcing Methodologies, Screening, Short listing.• Having Excellent Knowledge of Hiring through Social Network
