Project: Web Application SecurityWeb application security is a branch of Information Security that deals specifically with security of websites, web applications and web services. Project used software like AppScan and WebInspect, and procedural methods to protect applications from external threats. Security measures were built into the applications so as to make a sound application security routine which minimizes the likelihood of hackers manipulating the applications and accessing, stealing, modifying, or deleting sensitive data.
