• Recruitment, Selection & Joining-Responsible for recruitment of employees in various categories, Ensure prompt action for appointment, confirmation and separation in coordination with Corporate HR• Orientation of New Joinees-• Design, Implement & monitor the company policies-Promote cordial work environment and credibility through proper Implementation of Personnel Policies.• Training & Development – Identifying the Inter departmental training needs & organizing the same through internal & external facility.• Performance Appraisals & setting up the Increment benchmarking.• Salary Administration (through software)-Ensure that services to all employees in the areas of wage/ salary, disbursal of benefits etc. is handled expeditiously• Keep personnel details of employees updated• Keeping the track of Insurance policy and reimbursements • To oversee administration of Welfare Services like Get together, Gifts, Birthdays etc. to build and improve employee commitment and interaction.• To ensure speedy redressal of grievances in coordination with Department Heads.
