Coaching and developing a diverse team of entrepreneurs through a variety of opportunities and differentiated support towards their leadership and organization development2. Analyzing multiple sets of data and making prioritized interventions with entrepreneurs towards developing and launching the fellowship program3. Provide advisory on building processes and systems for different functional verticals of entrepreneur’s organization. This enabled ~75% of my entrepreneurs to pre-launch their fellowships in form of pilot4. Design the monitoring and evaluation framework of the TFIx incubation year to evaluate impact and adapt the program strategy5. Build capacity in entrepreneurs to develop the skill of evaluating themselves and their organizations accurately to solve problems6. Co-create the culture on the Staff team and Entrepreneurs team towards leading everyone to achieve their goals collaboratively7. Critically analyzing the recruitment and selection strategy to identify the strengths and areas of developments, and conducted a rigorous process to select a cohort of Entrepreneurs8.
