Roles & Responsibilities:-Recruiting people according to company requirement and policy.-Client handling- Account Management, Scheduling Interviews.-Understanding client requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy.-Analyze the quality people and contact them through phone and email.-Sourcing CVs from various channels such as reference, company’s own database, Job Portals i.e. Monster, Naukri, and networking tools such as Linkedin.-Involved in full recruitment life cycle.-Screening and short listing resumes according to job requirements.-Preparing and maintaining various MIS(Management Information System) Reports like Tracker sheet,requirement and offer reports, to sent to delivery heads and top management.-Providing timely feedback to the client on their requirements and to the candidates on their interview.-Follow-up with the candidate-Providing timely feedback to the client on their requirements and to the candidates on their interview. -Follow through till the requested position is closed.-Manage client relationships & candidate relationship.-Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.
