Responsible for enabling business through meeting their hiring needs in Medical Devices and Janssen Pharmaceutical business of Johnson & Johnson. Also leading campus hiring for J&J India. HR Partnering with Metabolics, Oncology, CNS and Finance teams. As BUHR for the Pacific Business of Johnson & Johnson, I am primarily responsible for Talent Management, Capability Building, Coaching and Organization Design.
