Drive adherence to LMS/ Train / Educate / create awareness - Ensure 100% accuracy in tracking and controlling leaves - Providing LWP and deviations list for monthly payroll (450 Employees).- Track & control deviations. - Handling of employee leave cards & updating the same in LMS.• DocumentationUpdation of employee files. SPOC for apprentice documents.Joining Formalities - Complete ownershipCreating new joinee personal file.Issue of ID cards, access cards.Introducing new joinees to respective Dept’s or Dept. heads.Follow up with respective teams for necessary arrangements for the new joinee.• RecruitmentHire for all open positions assigned.Lend support to hiring of assigned positions across. Complete Interview process adherenceSupposed campus hiring drives• General HROwnership for HR quality aspects. Track and maintain all documents related to HR procedure for audit purpose.Handle medi-assist additional documents/queries pertaining to claim settlement be SPOC.Confirmations - to complete on the date.Employee related letters. - Confirmations, relieving, address proof, appointment letters.
