Leading India HR Operations and Maharashtra HRBP function including span of 1800 employees.Responsibilities:• Process domain expert for Payroll and Settlement, Team Management, Change Management, handling various HR projects, escalations, Maternity/Miscarriage cases, Rehire checks, Background verifications, Bonafide letters, Job Absconding cases, Onboarding and Workforce Data Administrative activities like Exit Management, Employee life cycle changes, Employee Relations, grievances.• Collaborating with Business on various HR projects and Business projects. Collaborating with business to understand their grievance and addressing the same aligning them to the policies and procedures.• Making policy amendments and brining in any improvisation by collaborating with Legal head.• Ensuring all the Process flows, SOP documents and policies are in place. • Collaborating with business and my top management on engagement activity initiatives and budget analysis and alignment.• Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met -Turn Around Time for work requests/queries and Quality• Managing and optimizing performance for my team by effective monitoring of transactions and through effective performance related feedbacks to the team members• Driving team to come up with ideas providing Cost-To-Serve (CTS) benefits• Daily update of performance dashboards• Proficient in Excel – V-look up, H-look up, Pivots, Graphs, Pie diagrams and Basic formulas• Managing Client and various internal and external stakeholders including vendors.

• Subject Matter Expert to 10 Associates.• Process domain expert for End to end employee life cycle from offer creation to exit management, collaborating with business for Employee Relations and handling Employee grievances.• Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met –Turn Around Time for work requests/queries and Quality• Conducting domain related trainings and refresher training for new joiners and existing employees respectively• Client and Stakeholder Management: Daily interaction with the client and internal stakeholders to provide updates on work volume, quality, potential issues (if any) and support required• Transition Management: Always involved in knowledge transition and reverse knowledge transition of work from client team to India• Allocation of Work.• Process related documents (DTPs, Process Maps) are updated on real-time basis to ensure any change to the process is always captured• Well versed with Business Excellence (BE) principles• Providing and driving team to come up with ideas providing Cost-To-Serve (CTS) benefits
