1) Study on Current Performance Appraisal System in Mutual Fund Industry-Prepared a questionnaire and visited four Mutual Fund Companies.-Interviewed the HR Executives of the selected Mutual Fund Companies regarding the project.-Analysed the data and prepared report.2) Trends of Employee Compensation in various Mutual Fund Industries-This study has been done to find out the Trends of Employee Compensation and the benchmarking of various Mutual Fund Industries. To conduct this study financial statement of the top 9 mutual funds have been analyzed. Various aspects of the study have been analyzed such as revenue, profit and operating margin. The findings of the study also shows that sometime the company with highest revenue fails to make profit which is clearly been explained in the report. -The main objective of this work is to make a study on overall performance of the selected mutual fund industry. To understand which company is most productive, profitable and what is the employee cost to revenue of the respective company. One of the objectives of this study is to understand the trends of employee compensation in top mutual fund industries.
