• End to End Recruitment like sourcing, screening, preliminary interview, negotiation, issuing offer-letter and joining formalities.• Induction to the new joiners.• Leave, Attendance and Salary management • Performance Management.• Employee Engagement Activities.• Preparation and submission of MIS report.• Full & Final Settlement. • Maintaining Employee database.• Identifying Training needs and arranging internal training programs across levels.• Admin work: - Handling office expenses, Arranging Stationery, Handling couriers and co-ordinate with vendors.

• Searching the clients through different job portals, have complete knowledge of job portals.• Sourcing the candidate’s resumes & complete profile to the organisation & taking proper follow up for interview schedule.• Screening & Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates for Technical and HR round of Interview with clients. Interview schedule have to communicate timely to the candidate.• Follow-ups with candidate till he/she appear for the interview and joining the organization or not.• Involved in explaining company policies & condition to the employee.
