Leave Management: Leave calculations and maintenance of leave records of each employee for every month.3. Attendance and Salary Calculation: This is done by maintaining separate records in excel sheet and updating the attendance on daily basis.4. Employee Grievance & Query Handling: Handling employee grievances and queries about policies and procedures; counseling employees for various personal / work / work environment / interpersonal issues to help them resolve the concerns.5. Exit Formalities: Completing the exit formalities, taking exit interviews, exit feedback from resignee and processing of relieving letter.6. Performance Management: Selecting Employee of the month on basis of certain parameters, arrangement of gifts and updating of bulletin board and news section.7. Event Management: Organizing event on alternate month like Movie trips, picnics, team building activities and outdoor games.
