Receiving requests from HR and managers to on/off board employees and action accordingly. Conducting exit interviews and gathering feedback, helping the person to be relieved properly.New Associate Orientation (NAO) & On-boarding New hire orientation and on-boarding- Preparing workflows and scheduling sessions for 2 days of induction and ensuring smooth on-boarding of new joiners. Joining formalities and personnel file management. Background Verification & Compliance:Vendor Management with HireRight / Auth Bridge/ First Advantage ensuring timely completion of background check cycle for all colleagues and ensuring compliance. Ensuring complete documentation and helping in external and internal audits. MIS/Excel Reporting – Background verification Ex-employee Verification

 Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments. Sourcing resumes from Job boards, portals, networking, social media and Referrals. Screening & short listing the profiles as well as coordinating with the stakeholders to endure timely delivery. Sourcing of candidates with complex Boolean search strings, x-raying, major job boards, blogs, & business networks.  Managing referrals and Internal Job Postings through India Recruiting Mailbox. Vendor Management to ensure robust pipeline for hiring managers to close positions within TAT. Generating offers through Taleo and sharing the same with offered candidates.
