Introduced a first of its kind 'Learning Spectrum' conceptualised by me - running on a pilot basis for the firm aiming to close knowledge gaps and increase its consumption in a healthy way.

I started writing in 2016 as a side gig in college - but over the past 8 years, I have honed this skill to become a writer, consultant and advisor. I have, thus, written over 10,000 content pieces ranging from - press releases, articles, opinion pieces, ghostwritten books, blogs, training materials, LinkedIn, news write-ups, and more. There is not a piece of content I cannot write. The world is my oyster when it comes to content creation.

Supported training and development of 500+ teachers across 21 campuses. Sourced materials, ideated and built trainings that fostered a culture of learning. Built a rigorous feedback system by working closely with senior management. Helped integrate technology into the learning process.

Leading research and development for well-being trainings and programs for communities, and schools. Introduced a much-needed segment of well-being for corporate leadership as well.

Started as a Researcher in the autumn of 2019, studying the impact of empathy in various aspects of life, primarily education and workplace.

The SEE Learning Programme is a part of Emory University's 'Centre for Contemplative Sciences & Compassion Based Ethics.' It has its roots in various parts of the world. Working as a Researcher with the Indian branch- studying the impact of emotional learning to enhance educational value in kids upto the age 7 using various tools - as an extension of my research in empathy.

Worked as a Marketing manager for events and engaged in handling their offline activities in the Education Sector. Handled social media presence as well.
