I have been a daily meditation practitioner since 2017. Completed 10 days of Vipassana meditation camp. Since then I have been successful at: -> Clocking 1700+ hours of meditation & going strong-> Have dropped 23kgs body weight and maintain fitness -> Put my autoimmune disease in remission -> Transform my lifestyle and turn Vegan -> Donate 18 inches of my hair length to the Cancer Society of India -> Been a speaker at Women Economic Forum and Unplugged by TEDX Gateway -> Been an entrepreneur of a Consulting and Edutech start-up -> Removed non-value-adding and toxic relationships from my life You will find me speaking about mindfulness quite a lot.
