Currently I am working as a Public servant and I am really enjoying it . I would love to continue to work here and enjoy the work I do . This opportunity has helped me to apply different skills I have and serve the Australian community with gratitude . Previously,I have worked in a school as an education support .I am a qualified Education Support Officer my passion is supporting students and assisting teachers during implementation of the planned educational program in order to deliver quality education. Supervising the students and supporting them is an integral part of my role. This is a step forward towards contributing all the developmental domains of students of all ages by applying the essential skills I have acquired through this course and my experience which are helping me to work collaboratively with teachers and the students. I am skilled to work with all kinds of students including students with special needs creating an inclusive environment. Working with students from diverse backgrounds and prioritizing their health and safety in every aspect. As a part of an educational environment I strongly comply with school policies, legislation and industrial requirements including workplace health and safety. I am competent in delivering and supporting the organisation with any First Aid process that may be required to support students and staff members.
