• Arrange for a kick off meeting with management and project leader.• Check that all received documents are correct and match to each other.(along with project leader)• Arrange for site meeting in order to get link with the customer (along with project leader)• Follow up for materials delivery to site. (Prepare delivery notes, get materials out of store, and arrangewith the customer).• Follow up with project leader for preparing complete project design and Project Plan.
