Administration Manager
Current• Office Management: Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies procurement, maintenance of office equipment, and facilities management.• Staff Management: Supervise administrative staff. Assign tasks, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.• Customer Service: Coordinate customer service activities, including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.• Billing and Invoicing: Oversee billing and invoicing processes, verifying service orders, preparing invoices, and managing accounts receivable. Ensure timely VAT filing.• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of pest control products, equipment, and supplies. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and manage inventory costs.• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to pest control operations.• Quality Assurance: Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction levels. Conduct periodic inspections of completed work and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.• Technology Integration: Utilize technology streamline processes such as CRM software, scheduling software, and billing systems.
