- Responsible for Daily Fund Position & Management.- Guide Location Accountants to complete their accounting entries on time ,Assist in preparing balance sheet and Assist in preparing other account reconciliations.- Responsible for all statutory payments (TDS , VAT, PF , PT , ESIC , Show Tax , E Tax ETC.).& Assist in Preparing month-end and quarterly close.- Preparing Full & final SettelementCheque of left employees. -Passing unit wise salary entries in showbizz on monthly basis.- Preparing Ad sales Invoice.- Maintaining Credit card payment track for all locations.- Responsible for monthly and quarterly State Tax payments and filing.- Provide reporting support for external and internal users.- Presenting the reports to the higher authorities .- Process all payments of Vendors & make sure all income are received in time.- handle petty cash HO & supervise Petty Cash exp of All Locations.
