I worked as a curriculum specialist at the winter academy of Teach For Bangladesh, supporting the new cohort of fellows and Academy fellow advisers through designing and facilitating pedagogy and content based training. The goal for the fellows was to reach beginning proficiency on the 'Teaching as Leadership' rubric and the sessions and experiences.
