- Complete accountability of the business including but not limited to operations, P&L management, marketing and training.- Monitor the implementation of approved strategies to drive the performance of the company.- Formulate and implement operations policies & procedures and quality systems.- Develop the brand image & business plan within the UAE.- Coordinate the brands’ activities to obtain optimum efficiency of operations with minimum costs in order to maximise profits and ensure high quality standards for sales, rotation and loss.- Recommend and lead specific brand trainings as well as inspect brand operations to ensure they are in line with brand standards.- Analyse prices, competition and market segment at which the store openings are aimed at to ensure maximum profitability.- Plan and organise events, prepare promotions, sales and special marketing activities and ensure liaising with suppliers to ensure proper execution of marketing strategies.- Ensure the standards of operational health and safety are in line with government regulation.- Assist in recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating the team to ensure that the brand has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximise their potential and contribution to the company.- Execute tactical plans in the area and ensure that all operations targets are achieved.
