Modernized global franchise sales CRM system using customized MS Dynamics 365 integrated with our franchising platform. Migrated data analytics and BI for multiple brands from SQL Services to AWS hosted data lake with Cognos and Power BI front-ends.Led technical team creating a new native end-to-end mobile application for Coldwell Banker home buyers and sellers, using React Native and hosted on AWS. Migrated a large API ecosystem with over 400 APIs and 1 billion API calls/year, from Azure API Gateway to Google Apigee. Transformed and automated, Coldwell Banker agent commission and fee payments from paper checks to electronic payments.

Built and led the IT organization as the business grew towards a Billion dollars in revenue, through organic growth and acquisitions. Successfully enabled revenue growth and margin improvements by building a robust business application portfolio, for title agencies, closing companies and mortgage companies. Created and sustained a high performing IT organization combining offshore, onshore, full-time and shared services resources for optimizing IT spend. Oversaw all aspects of the IT function including product and platform development, support services, and infrastructure.Drove agile transformation and cloud migration to modernize the business application portfolio. Established KPIs and SLAs in consultation with internal and external stakeholders. Created business value by leading teams on various product development and digital transformation efforts across 30+ title companies and a national Title Underwriter. Oversaw the build and implementation of proprietary SaaS platform for title and escrow that allowed onboarding of the acquired entities and migration their order pipeline without any disruption.
