Job Profile: Customer Relationship Management 1.Conceptualize and execute Loyalty Program.2.Monitoring Accumulation and Redemption of purchase points and referral points.3.Data mining and consumer interactions to understand and gain insights to Consumer behavior to drive brand loyalty.4.Conceptualize programs to drive repeat purchases amongst existing customers.5.Managing the Collaterals for Loyalty Program i.e. membership forms, cards, Gift vouchers. 6.Membership Data collection from all sources i.e. stores, website, events etc.7.Master creation- data format, data entry and accuracy.8.Grievance handling of customers ( requirements, complaints, product non-availability, home delivery, goods return, etc)9.Training New Franchisees / field Retail Team on Loyalty Programs.Key Deliverables: Meeting timelines for all activities covered in job profile, as under:1.Monitoring & tracking of reports from showrooms2.Achieving enrolment and repeat business targets.3.Collateral designing & dispatches4.Monitor stocks of collaterals & rewards and place orders with vendors & rewards partners 5.Bills & payments processing and tracking6.Process requirements & follow up of and with Field Retail team.
