For the last 10 years, I have worked in various capacities on livelihoods, skilling & nutrition programmes that take an intersectional, gender and life cycle approach. These have been youth and women-centric programmes that are collectives-led; building women’s leadership, gender transformation, strengthening community-based institutions and SBC have been at the heart of programming.My practice is at the intersection of research, programming and communications and I thrive in inter-disciplinary environments. I’m skilled in designing varied knowledge & communication products for policy advocacy and social behaviour change interventions with multiple stakeholders (from the grassroots to the bureaucracy).I’m currently working with cooperatives in Gujarat, handling advocacy and partnerships at SEWA Cooperative Federation.Work domains: informality, climate change, gender transformative interventions, food systems.
