I have over 5 years of experience in creating e-learning content for adult learning, both academic and corporate. I’m currently Assistant Manager E-Learning, at Integrity Matters.I’m looking forward to pursuing interdisciplinary studies, where I hope to blend my experience as a learning & development professional and background in Earth science for capacity building and sustainability initiatives.A gist of all my professional work:At TomTom I designed and developed interactive training modules by simplifying complex jargon to create relatable and easy to grasp content and promote self-regulated learning. I also analyzed learning trends and competencies, promoted user engagement on LMS platforms, conducted quality assurance checks and worked with multiple stakeholders, various teams with continuous engagement with leadership teams. As a learning designer at Linc Education, I’ve worked extensively on learning material for university partners like Pearson, SIM etc. Driving SME training and management has been one of my core responsibilities. During my time as an under graduate, I took up jobs like a sports coach for preschoolers, a receptionist at a health clinic and an assistant to an event manager, these jobs enhanced my communication skills and made me adaptable to any work environment.
