Contracts Administrator
CurrentPlenary is a leading independent long-term investor, developer and manager of public infrastructure, specialising in public-private partnerships and precinct development. Plenary is known for delivering some of the most iconic public infrastructure in Australia, such as Sydney Metro, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Gold Coast Light Rail.As a Contracts Administrator for the Park Life Metro project, I collaborate closely with the Commercial team. My key responsibilities include serving as one of the points of contact for OpCo, ensuring that all project documentation and supporting information are distributed among project parties and stakeholders in accordance with project requirements. I am also responsible for managing the contract administration and compliance of project documentation, developing templates, and administering TeamBinder, the Project Document Management System. In addition, I maintain documentation/correspondence/actions registers and the filing of project documentation, implement workflows, coordinate project reporting, administer payment claims, and cultivate strong working relationships with the various counterparties under the contracts.
