My responsibilities include assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. I collaborate with senior HR professionals to create and deliver impactful training sessions tailored to organizational needs. I provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
