Accountable for PAN India recruitment at all levels to meet manpower requirements.Screening CVs, interviewing candidates, SWOT analysis for assistant managers & above.Salary negotiations and preparing offer letters including salary annexure.Managing internal job placements of talent available within the organization.Successful in reducing recruitment costs by promoting Employee Referral Schemes, strengthening recruitment database, regularly updating manpower dashboard & monitoring the gaps in the vacancies.Successfully conducted mass recruitment drives at various locations & actively involved in walk-in-drives.Initiated background investigations & reference checks for selected candidates.Expertise in bulk hiring, job posting, Networking & Employee Referrals.Status calls ( Daily/ Weekly) with the business heads & the recruitment head.Responsible for recruitment vendor tie-ups, bringing them on board, managing vendor payments & agreements.Imparting training to team membersManaging employee referrals, careers' page, campus hiring & official linkedin account for effective recruitment.Calculating Monthly payroll.Making necessary entries for new joinees, separation cases, unpaid leave, salary advances, etc. Conducting employee satisfaction survey, designing reward and recognition scheme. Grievance handling of various staff issues/queries related to various HR Policies, confirmation. Maintaining all HR files and employee information in various forms like employee database, employee CV's, review history, preparing all HR letters and certificates. etc.Arranging Induction / New Hire Orientation.Arranging Open Houses, Skip level meeting & Motivational talks.Organising Employee Welfare, Development, Recreational and Social Activities.Responsible for Employee Exit process
